Requirements
(a) Sales Engineer (Network Computing)
-
Bachelor degree in Information Technology/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering/ Computer studies
-
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant engineering experience in Industrial & Network Computing or Network Security industries
-
Sales Experience with System Integrators, Ministries, Statutory Boards, Government market will be an added advantage.
-
Good technical background with Industrial PC, Firewall, network appliance, Security Appliances, telecommunication, PC/server architectures or related industries is an added advantage.

Analytical, self motivated, independent and good team player
-
Bilingual with good communication and presentation skills
(b) Sales Engineer (Applied/Embedded Computing)
-
Bachelor degree in Information Technology/ Electrical/ Electronic Engineering/ Computer studies

Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant engineering experience in Applied/ Embedded Computing

Sales Experience with the Embedded Computing market i.e. POS/POI, Kiosk and Retail
-
Service Automation, Embedded Operating system and Single Board Computers is an added advantage

Analytical, self motivated, independent and good team player

Bilingual with good communication and presentation skills
(c) Sales Engineer (Industrial Automation)

Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Electronics and Electrical Engineering

Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant engineering experience in Machine Automation & Factory Automation

Familiar with Semi-conductor / Storage Industry

Good technical background with PC-based Industrial Automation Software Engineering (VC++, VB, PLC, SCADA etc.) is an advantage

Job Position: Technical Sales Specialist
Responsibilities
-
Provide technical support for customer enquiries and establish and maintain high level of customer intimacy.

Takes full responsibility of day-to-day administrative and sales support for Call Centre customer and walk-in customer and be the primary leader to coordinate on all activities ranging from order management to collection and service delivery for all customers.

Match the best ADVANTECH solutions to customers' needs and introduce Advantech product to customer
-
Undertakes a variety of special projects, assist in all marketing, sales and support activities involving call centre customer and walk in customer which include but not limited to quotation & sales order preparation, loan and customer enquiry & follow up on shipment coordination, invoicing, demonstrating demo sets and etc.

Organizes / summarize papers and Sales analysis reports where necessary to ensure that all relevant background information is supported for decision-making process

Collaborating with Marketing and conducting market / competitor research to provide competitive information to Improve Sales and customer satisfaction

Evaluating, maintaining and updating documentations required between sales and other departments to assure smooth work flow. Maintaining proper filling and document control.
Requirements

Job Position: System Technician
Responsibilities

Perform Industrial PC assembly, testing & troubleshooting

Prepare & process repair reports on timely basis.

Responsible for test & quality process issue

Attend to service matters in the testing, installation and maintenance of equipment as appropriate.
Requirements

Diploma in Computer Study with 1 years of working experience or NiTEC in Computer Study with at least 2-3 years of working experience
